About Me
Catherine Younesi is Canadian teacher-librarian currently based in China who believes that stories can heal, teach, inspire and bring people together. Writing, for Catherine, is both a calling and a comfort, a way to explore the quiet corners of the heart and bring healing to the soul.
Her stories often dance between imagination and emotion, where dragons long for friendship, the moon whispers wisdom, and even the smallest moments shine with profound meaning. She writes for children and for the child within every reader, those who believe in the power of kindness and hope.
When she isn’t writing or working with students, Catherine enjoys reading, dancing and cooking hearty meals. Her upcoming works include The Dragon, The Moon and The Boy, a book about unicorns and poetry about love and faith.
